HOW TO CONSISTENTLY MAKE SALES IN A TOUGH MARKET

1.Find Six "Sizzlers"

These are the listings with the greatest motivation to sell of the sellers and go ahead and put them on a "hot list" in front of the desks of your sales people.

2. Use these properties as your "Loss Leaders" the same way as retail stores do in their advertising. At the forefront of all of your advertising- in the newspaper, on your websites and special features in your window display.

Prepare a separate brochure headed "Today's Hottest Buys" and feature only these properties.

These actions will create activity and achieve what every agent wants—"Make the phone ring"

3. Then once you have completed the above two actions then match your most motivated buyers with your list of "Sizzlers" and watch the sales happen.
